By accessing the Website, you declare that you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms without any exception. If you disagree and do not wish to be bound by these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website and our services.

Use of the Website

The website https://rivieracoast.gr is provided by the company RIVIERA VLASIOS STATHOKOSTOPOULOS & CO. LTD., seated in Voula, Attica (18 Konstantinos Karamanlis Avenue, PC 16673), email: info@rivieracoast.gr, tel.: +302108992453-4, and its services are available only to adult natural persons who can enter into legally binding agreements under the applicable law. You also declare that you are lawfully authorised to make reservations and purchases either for yourself or for another person for whom you are authorised to act. If you do not meet the above conditions, do not use the Website.

RIVIERA VLASIOS STATHOKOSTOPOULOS & CO. LTD reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time, without notifying you, and to bring such amendments into force immediately upon their publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly in order to be informed of any changes.

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and any other legal texts posted on the Website, are legally binding documents governing the relationship between the provider and the user. If you have even the slightest reservation regarding the above, do not enter and do not use the Website.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume exclusive defence of any claim and of all negotiations for settlement or compromise, and you agree to cooperate fully with us in the defence of any such claim if requested.

The information provided on the Website may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors, including, indicatively, inaccuracies relating to pricing or availability applicable to your transaction. We assume no responsibility or liability for such inaccuracies, errors or omissions. We reserve the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations and/or improvements to the services described in such information at any time without notice, even after a transaction has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to modify part or all of the content of the Website and the services provided, as well as to change the appearance or operation of the Website. We also reserve the right to discontinue the availability of all or part of the content of the Website to users and/or to suspend or terminate its operation entirely, at any time.

We, as well as service providers associated with us, shall not be liable, in any case, for any damages that may arise as a result of any arrangements or reservations that you requested or made but for any reason were not accepted or were not completed.

Reservation / Cancellation Terms

We apply the following policies for all reservations, which you expressly declare you accept before making a table reservation.

Reservation Policy

Table reservations are carried out exclusively through the third‑party reservation provider [i-host] and are subject to the specific terms set by that provider.

In the event that a deposit is required directly by us for the reservation, it will be charged to your credit card or must be paid by bank transfer within 24 hours. If receipt of the deposit is not confirmed within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the pre‑reservation. The amount of the deposit will be deducted from your total bill. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if, for any reason, the 24‑hour deadline expires without action or, in any case, if it is not possible to pre‑reserve the table for reasons not attributable to us.

You may retain the table for 2 hours and 30 minutes from the time of the confirmed reservation.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of the reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time, and for any reason, any deposit paid will not be refunded.

The restaurant has the right to allocate your table if you are more than 20 minutes late from the time of the confirmed reservation. In such a case, any deposit paid will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to amend all of the above according to our needs, without prior notice to you.

Intellectual Property

All content of the Website, including – indicatively and not limited to – texts, news information material, graphics, logos, action buttons, images, photographs, audio and visual clips, software, diagrams, pictures, trademarks, trade secrets, technologies, processes and generally all kinds of files, constitutes the intellectual property of RIVIERA VLASIOS STATHOKOSTOPOULOS & CO. LTD and is governed by the relevant provisions of Greek, European and international intellectual property law.

Our registered trademarks and names include – indicatively and not limited to «Riviera Coast» & «Riviera COAST LIFE MOMENTS». We inform you that these are already registered trademarks and are protected by the relevant trademark provisions. You are not permitted to use our marks and logos in connection with any product or service and in any manner that may cause confusion to the public.

Accordingly, the reproduction, republication, copying, storage, sale, transmission, distribution, issuance, performance, downloading, translation and modification of any part of the Website is expressly prohibited and in any manner without the prior express written consent of RIVIERA VLASIOS STATHOKOSTOPOULOS & CO. LTD. Any consent granted by our Company for the use of content may be revoked at any time.

  • You shall not make reservations in a fraudulent or abusive manner or for dilatory purposes (only genuine table reservations for yourself and your close ones are permitted), or for other purposes, including, indicatively, resale, unauthorised assignment or posting on third‑party websites, or for speculative, false or fraudulent bookings, or any booking made in anticipation of demand, or multiple simultaneous bookings for the same person, etc., or any bookings intended to exploit availability.
  • You acknowledge that we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to revoke or refuse your access to our Website if you breach any of the provisions of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy.
  • You must provide true, accurate and complete details when completing any form (e.g. contact or reservation form) on the Website, as well as in any form of communication with us.
  • You give your express consent for us to communicate with you by any means of communication and in relation to the information you provide to us or for matters concerning your transactions/reservations.
  • You consent that RIVIERA VLASIOS STATHOKOSTOPOULOS & CO. LTD may also monitor and check the stored information without limitations.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use of the Website, as well as all individual policies referred to and incorporated herein, are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens, Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the interpretation of the Terms of Use, all policies of the Website, and for the resolution of any dispute relating to them and to any amendment thereof.

If any of the Terms is found to be invalid or is annulled, this shall not affect the remaining Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect and shall be applied normally.
